Mental Health Services
Mental and Physical Health are essentially impossible to separate. Both need to be attended to at the same time for true wellbeing to occur. The four pillars of health are nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management. We target each of these pillars as a part of our comprehensive approach to what are traditionally considered mental health disorders. We have a special interest in depression, anxiety, and insomnia. We tackle these conditions with a combination of natural strategies that our bodies inherently have, psychotherapy to build coping skills for the different stressors we face on the daily, natural supplements, and prescribed medications if needed.
Although Dr. Driscoll has a special clinical interest in pediatric mental health and well-being, he is not a pediatric psychiatrist. There may be certain cases in which he feels a traditionally trained pediatric psychiatrist would be more appropriate for the management of certain conditions.
